Workflow Automations
The busywork that eats your week, handled. I build AI that runs your repetitive stuff, content, follow-ups, scheduling, handled in the background. So you get your time back.
A workflow automation takes something you do over and over and lets AI run it for you, start to finish, without you in the middle. A new lead gets a reply, a follow-up, and a note in your tracker. Content gets drafted and scheduled. The invoice goes out. You set it up once with me, and it just runs.
Do I need to be technical? No, I handle that part. What gets automated first? Usually your biggest weekly time-drain, often leads or content.
The entire marketing engine behind ZGRP is workflow automation I built. Content goes from a rough idea to drafted, designed, and scheduled across every channel, and I only step in to edit. It used to take me about 10 hours a week. Now it's about 1. I've also built content and video-editing workflows for founder friends, turning hours of manual work into a guided process that runs in about half the time.
